Really poor service overall."

"The best thing is the height of the underground garage for tall vehicles and it is heated also. They have a ski storage room at the lobby. Two blocks from the Whistler base gondolas!! Friendly, helpful staff. I have stayed there many times over the last 20 years."

"We had a great stay. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with a mountain view. The hotel is located right at the base of the mountain in the village. The Longhorn Saloon is right next door so expect to hear thumping music until 10 pm. The hotel provided ear plugs for this. The hot tub was a great addition although you can only book it for 30 mins, but gives you privacy."

"The staff are genuinely friendly, and the hotel has a great large pool, hot tub, and sauna. Some rooms even have their own private saunas, which is such a nice bonus. I love walking into the room with relaxing music playing and the fireplace already on, it’s a really welcoming touch. They do their best to accommodate early check-in and late checkout, which I really appreciate. It may not be the fanciest hotel in Whistler, but it’s definitely one of the best. "Adara is my go to for work travel to Whistler - it’s cost effective but a nice hotel, perfection location, and has rooftop pool and hot tub! I always get a loft room which has its own huge deck as well. Very good value for the cost. "
