"Booked the comfort triple room with private bathroom, on arrival we were shown to a twin room and a single room, without private bathroom. When we quieried this the barman said they don’t have triple rooms with private bathrooms so I showed him the booking I made along with this room still being advertised. "Was in Cambridge for a gig at the corn exchange and the hotel was the perfect location- Just a 3 minute walk! Hotel overall great - Room was good, staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. "
