"Stayed on a Sunday evening, booked a suite with breakfast. The room was more a large room than a traditional suite. The hotel and room was clean but felt like tired. Attempted to go to the bar which is in the basement, it was unattended so ended up leaving and going to a bar down the road. Overall stay was okay, no issues but would not come back."

"On our arrival at the hotel Expedia hadn’t let the hotel know that we needed an accessible room. The front line staff were very apologetic so as an apology the hotel kindly upgraded our stay to an even better room. Such a beautiful hotel. As a wheelchair user accessibility is of course of the utmost importance. From checking in to the hotel and leaving, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was easy for me, and I would definitely recommend a stay here at The Clayton, Cambridge. We loved it."

"Having valet parking available is invaluable in Cambridge. The hotel is convenient to the city and yet peaceful. This is our favorite place to stay in Cambridge."

"Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience. It was our 4th time at this hotel, but the day we arrived they were changing the chain of the hotel so they had problem with the system and it interfered with our stay. We arrived at the hotel 9:30 am. They promised our room for 1 pm, but the check-in was possible only after 3 pm. Very disappointing because we were exhausted!"

"Nice hotel, quiet location, close to park & ride for easy access to city centre. It’s in a new build/eco housing estate Surprised to have to pay £20 for parking and £18 for breakfast which was extremely disappointing for the price. (Soggy croissants, tinned fruit salad, flavourless coffee)"
