"Awesome breakfast and food all day . Room was clean and kept up. Very friendly, responsive and good staff."

"The pictures did not match the resort. I’ll leave it at that. Location did not match the description. Staff was completely unresponsive pre-arrival. Overall Sanur was enjoyable and the Mall was far busier than I expected. Good food and entertainment options beachside."

"After my 4th day I met the Hotel's Relations Manager walking around at breakfast and she asked me how my stay was going. I told her I felt like I was sleeping on a wooden box and immediately she organised staff to add a mattress topper for my bed ... so much more comfortable. TheHotel has so much to offer and for someone looking to relax, you don't even have to leave the hotel. I am thinking about celebrating a milestone birthday there next year."

"Great place great staff, will stay again."

"Best holiday ever!"

"Bugs kept biting me and the hot water did not work in the shower."

"The property is well situated in a garden-style resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"I had a delightful at Bumi Ayu. It is perfectly located in Sanur. The property is old and does not have many of the modern amenities some tourists would like, however, for me, this was counteracted by the peaceful atmosphere, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the fact that I could walk to wherever I wanted to be. Things broke, for example, my Door came off its runners the second night and the TV didn’t work, but the staff for eager to come and fix it as soon as they could. You...

"I LOVED this hotel! It's so clean, the room had no musty smell that some of the other places I stayed had which I was relieved about. The room is big, the pool and nature around the property is gorgeous. I had a delicious fruit and watermelon juice breakfast. Its across the street from Icon Bali which is wonderful, but its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the beach and everything you could need from here. I would def stay here again."

"The grounds and the staff were lovely, pools were nice but just to warm, breakfast was ok, but a bit repetitive, rooms was the real letdown, no pictures, comforter on bed, no chair, pretty ostere, curtains dragging on floor, beds nice and had a fridge showers good, just a little soft furnishings would be nice to make more welcoming"

Terima kasih banyak. Sampai jumpa lagi semuanya."

"Would not stay again. Dirty, poorly maintained, and deeply disappointing. The one positive was the staff. They do what they can with an aging, dilapidated building, but their efforts cannot make up for its condition. The hallways smelled awful, and the deodorizers in the elevator seemed to mask the smell. We booked a large family room with one king bed and two twins. Between the twin beds was a disgusting stain that appeared to be bodily fluid from a previous guest (see photo). The bedsheets...

"The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always smiling! The air conditioner in our room was leaking water onto the floor on our arrival. We reported it and it was fixed immediately. The tv did not work but on reporting it, it was replaced by another. The tap in the wash basin was extremely loose but was attended to after we reported it. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a very good job!"

"Not great. Sidewalks were torn up with construction, elevator kept breaking, small pool located next to dining area is a little awkward and loud (if you want a lounge chair you should put your towel out early), just ok buffet."

"古いホテルで安かったので仕方がないがサヌールでの立地は良い！ アットホームな感じで敷地が広い。 緑がたくさんで自然を満喫できる！"
