"The likes there wasn’t much. The rain shower broke, no seating in the balcony,pool hours not good 6 AM a.m. to 6 PM.?? you really need to change that. Once it was time for to close for breakfast, they just let the food get cold. The area is not very convenient to walking into activities, but not a long ride on a scooter. If you’re alone, skip the taxis they get stuck in traffic and a 10 minute ride turns into a 30 minute ride Holiday Inn you gotta do better. Get rid of those doorbells."

"We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Bali Kuta. The hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly located in the heart of Kuta, right next to the stylish Beachwalk Shopping Center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We travelled around Bali and stayed in several places, but the service from the Marriott staff here was by far the best. We would happily stay again!"
