"Ended up at the Hilton Garden Inn unexpectedly and from the time we walked in it was just spectacular. The staff were so accommodating to every and any request. The rooms were super spacious aswell, comfy bed, large tv for downtime. My favourite part though was the ability of the staff to adjust during Nyepi (Silent Day), there were multiple times I saw staff not being treated nicely by other guests and they handled themselves with such grace and understanding when they didn’t need to. "Price was ok. Sad to know that they don't clean the rooms properly. Had female long hair on the floor for 2 days before they finally cleaned the floor. I stayed alone and have short hair. No proper ventilation for the room. After shower or if you open the balcony door, the whole room will become so wet with condensation all over the floor and mirrors. "

"Every aspect of this day for two nights was unmatchable. Probably the best room I have ever stayed in any hotel. Breakfast was amazing with respect to to the food options and quality of the food and the taste of food. There was a small confusion though that roughly of the same name there is a one more hotel next to this hotel with The beachfront and disorder. Do not have any contact with the beach. But definitely if needed, I would recommend to go to stay this hotel."
