"Hotel is average in terms of presentation, quality, and service. Would rate as a good 3 star hotel, but definitely not a 4 star. Staff were not overly helpful, although restaurant staff were excellent and attentive. Rooms were not ready at check in time, leaving us waiting a further hour in the lobby. "I am a very picky traveler and I almost don’t want to share this gem but the property deserves recognition. When I walked into my room I immediately noticed how well maintained the property was. I asked how long they have been in business and they told me since 2019 so my reaction was wow. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are polished. The bed can be split and the shower heats quickly. The pool is lovely and the staff lovelier. I highly recommend for a solo stay."
