"The room was clean and the retro was very nice. The distance to the beach was great and the parking was very good as well. But I gotta tell you the best thing there was this woman who I talked to at the hotel on the second day I arrived. The young guy at the desk and a younger female at the desk were not terrible. "I highly recommend this hotel. Josh was amazing. He made a dinner reservation for us when we otherwise wouldn't be able to get in. He was really helpful. The hotel is nearly across the street from the beach in a great location. Beds were comfortable. Room was super clean and beachy cute. I would absolutely stay here again."

"I had a pleasant stay at Pacific Crest Hotel. The room was spotless, and the location was fantastic. We had a minor hiccup with late check-in, as the staff had left by 9pm, but they were helpful over the phone, making it easy. Incase of late check in make sure you call them up and clarify the checkin process. The only improvement would be the food services, but overall, I’d definitely recommend it!"
