"This place is older but it’s absolutely beautiful. The private beach is stunning . The snorkeling was outstanding and right in front on this hotel. The food was delicious, the lobster restaurant right across from it has live music and amazing food. The key lime factory is right across the street as well; it was so yummy. I would highly recommend Playa Azul. "

"No sé ni por dónde empezar...todo nos encantó. Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante. La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente. Al día siguiente nuestro desayuno estaba listo al despertar ya que se nos pregunto la noche anterior si deseábamos algo y a qué hora......

"My second time choosing to stay here. It’s now my “go-to” when I come to Cozumel! The front desk reception guy is so friendly and helpful the place has a nice “I’m at home” vibe! The rooms are comfortable— the beds are especially cozy and nice. The cleaning lady asked if the room needed refresh and was pleasant to organize a good time with us. "This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. "Great hotel for snorkeling and diving. Nice property and super helpful staff, felt welcome right away! Food choices/buffet are not most extravagant, but it was enough and a little bit different every day. Dessert was cake every day, not much variety. It was slow season, though, and the hotel was not very busy, so maybe during peak season there is more variety. But the staff, waiters, etc. were very attentive and always helping! Highly recommend!"
