"I've been to Los Banos twice in the last month & stayed at 2 different hotels. Next time I come back, I will probably return to this Best Western. The hotel is pet friendly, has a pool (not heated), a spa & they had a bathtub. All pluses! However, there was no shade by the pool & the sink is outside the bathroom so I didn't love that. The people that worked there were extremely warm & friendly though; they were top notch. There is a fantastic restaurant called Cosmos across the parking lot...

"Expedia had sent the motel my Email screen name instead of my actual name which I was not aware of though I had written my name in Expedia process. When I arrived the managers said that I was not registered. I showed them my confermation from Expedia which had both confirmation number and screen name which would quickly resolve this misunderstanding as they could have checked either which was on the motel's list. They did not. They said the only resolution was to cancel Expedia and pay higher...
