"Hours after checkout they charged $180 to our card and when questioned they stated we “damaged the curtain sheers” when asking if they had proof or photos or even a log on when we entered/exited our room to prove we were hardly there during daylight hours, they replied no to all questions and wouldn’t provide any form of proof.
