"Why leave the Madonna Inn when you can do it all there. No, but really! It has everything!!!! The town of SLO is cute too, but wow this place really has it all! Live music, spa, pool, cafe/bakery, restaurant, garden, horse trail riding… & more. All the rooms are unique and the staff is very friendly. Thank you Mrs. Madonna for keeping the dream going! "Property was showing its age. Our furniture and couch was stained and room seems dated. And, when I booked, no one mentioned paying for parking and it was $20/night. Also, no early check in which was a HUGE inconvenience unless you pay a lot. Marriott never charged us. Even if you’re a Hilton Honors member they wouldn’t allow one hour early check in. "

"It was so refreshing to find this place after a previous booking on Expedia(which we ended up cancelling) due to several issues, 1st one being cleanliness. This place was the opposite, very clean, spacious and no foul odours. The host behind the desk was kind and helpful. My only complaint was the overwhelming smell of perfume/chemical scent in the lobby area."

Pool amenities need upgrades for sure. Room was clean. "
