"We've stayed at this hotel before and there are things we love and things that lead to a 3 star review. The staff are lovely and the location is great. The hotel itself is a bit dated and the pillows were awful. In addition, the $30 "inclusion fee" doesn't include anything. No breakfast, no pool/hot tub, and the "free bikes" are only for 2 hours unless they happen to be checked out as well. Overall, it feels like a junk fee and we probably won't be coming back."

"We needed a room for the night to catch a plane at 4 AM from SLO airport. It was a nice, quiet, very clean room. The staff was wonderful and parking was just fine."

"The best hot tub I’ve ever seen. The pool was great too and not too cold. You need to put more outlets near the bed so we can charge our phones. I ended up using the outlet behind the microwave oven which was not convenient."

"The room was OK. I was just irritated that there was a $15 charge for a non-covered parking space in a regular parking lot outside the hotel. There were no other buildings close by and there was plenty of parking. I thought this was an added expense that was unnecessary. "

"Hotel is in a nice area, right next to beach. Nice breakfast and staff. But this property is dated and our room (213) was very dark. Try to get a room facing the water."
