"We spent 3 nights in a really large nice apartment suite with a balcony. We were next to the pool but it was quiet with a nice view of the lake and Monte Bre. The hotel overall is a bit tired and in need of fresh paint, but the grounds were very clean. We loved the pool for a cool break from the heat and crowds of Lugano. Its a trek to find restaurants, even with the bus stop. We found good dinners 12-15 minutes uphill or downhill and skipped dinner the last night. The staff were very friendly and attentive."

"I canโt say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxiโฆanything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"

"We loved staying at this property โ everything is always clean and well maintained. Our only complaint is the afternoon restaurant service. When we tried to get a few drinks, the service was extremely slow, and we ended up leaving the property to get drinks somewhere else instead."
