"I had an issue checking in, it was difficult to get a response quickly. But overall, the apartment is very nice. We had a great stay regardless! The amenities are 5stars!"

"The place was good for the price, I love that there are washers and dryers which is very convenient if you’re spending many days in San Diego. Staff friendly. The only complaint is the AC was kind of noisy"

"We did not get service in our room the entire stay. (Not any fresh towels or trash pick up for 3 days) Also they say the pool is heated and it is not. We did not see one person in the pool the entire time. That is not family friendly for kids who just want to swim. Otherwise the property is clean and Court yard is very nice. Good access to beach. Friendly staff."

"Muy buena ubicación, cerca de lugares para comer y de la estación del trolley para moverse fácilmente a cualquier lugar. El departamento es muy bonito y las instalaciones del edificio son excelentes con alberca, sauna, billar. Lo que sí está muy mal es el colchón de la cama, el material es súper incómodo, definitivamente no pudimos dormir bien mi esposa y yo, mis hijos durmieron en el sofá y también se quejaron porque era muy incómodo. Si mejoran estos detalles sería espectacular."

"The views of the ocean and city were amazing. It was nice to have a kitchen and refrigerator to save money and not eat out all the time. Parking was free, which was also a bonus. The only negative is that it isn't a hotel, it's privately owned. There were no instructions on what to do with trash or what was expected for check out. Anytime you ask the front clerk they were nice but couldn't help. Their response was always, "contact the owner" but since we booked through Orbitz, we didn't have...

"The location was perfect! It was close to the beach and walking distance to all the shops. I really enjoyed the private parking and the security elevators. It also was very well laid out and well marked for entrances. I highly recommend this place."

"Room was okay with 25mins to downtown. Host try to be helpful but the room was filled with animal manure odor. Leave all windows open for 2 days didn't work. Be aware!"
