"The desk help were fantastic in providing services to my family and I, parking is tight and you will have to pay for it. The front desk does offer a parking pass. Food near them consists of Indian restaurants and street vendors. Outside you will have tuk-tuk access along with taxi services. All in all will book again in the future"

"You should explain to customers clearly about car park because you have to pay for and how to pay! So unhelpful for the staff who is in the front. I understand that we have self check in but why did you have front staff there for. Security speak very bad to us about car park. Not good communication. We are book for 4 nights but when first we check in and then we check out straightaway. We feeling bad about this building and never think to go back to stay there again! We are paying to stay there...

"Great place to stay around 10min walk to bts on nut station also a 7-11 and lotus nearby. Only thing bad i encountered on my stay was the mattress with very stiff and you have to cross a very busy intersection and street to get too the bts station which was a little crazy on weekdays with cars and motorbikes."
