"I paid £37 for a single room for one night. Arrived and was greeted by a lovely receptionist, check-in was easy, and directed to my room. They had bumped me up to a double room, which I really appreciated. The room was huge, simple, and clean. I’m absolutely blown away by the low price vs the quality of the room. Next time I stay in Manchester, most likely with my family, I’ll be staying here. "

From the call from reception to make sure they were ready for my arrival to the personal goodbye when I came to get my car, they just make a stay special. Clare is a superstar along with all the staff. Best place to stay in Manchester."

"Really amazing stay for the price! Peter is kind, welcoming and very knowledgable about the area. The locals are fun. Cook your own breakfast is incredible. My dog, Donnie, has really settled in and felt it was like home. Can’t fault it at all!!! Plus an amazing bonfire night set up by all the lovely staff working here! Keep it up! 10/10…I’ll definitely be using it as a regular when visiting Manchester "
