"Every member of staff was welcoming and friendly, from the doorman to the receptionist, the breakfast servers and the cleaners. Everyone was helpful. My room was spacious. It had an ironing board and iron, which was very useful in helping me press and set out my clothes properly. And the body products (ARRAN Sense of Scotland in Grapefruit and Green Leaf) my goodness, they smelled wonderful. "The property was well-maintained, and everything happed as you might expect of a Holiday Inn Express, except that there was not the express check out so led to a 10 minute wait time at the reception. It might have been an even more pleasant stay if I was offered to have late check out, as I checked in late at 9pm."

"The property was beautiful and our room was so nice. We had a Family room which gave us two double beds (very cozy) and a large area of space in the room. Very clean. The restaurant had delicious food, Very accommodating for vegetarians and vegans. The breakfast was very nice. Not a lot of selection for veg or vegan but some choices. The staff was amazing everywhere. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!"
