Budget Hostels from RM430

"I had to change rooms twice on arrival, one day the room was not cleaned and I had to contact management to have the matter resolved. There was a problem with a leaking air condition unit, with water ponding inside the room. The ceiling fan was noisy so could not be used. The refrigerator’s ice machine was not hooked up to any water source. There is only one functioning elevator for the 9 floors, my room was on the 8th floor so the wait for service was always long. There are limited rooms with a beach view."
