"We liked the stay in a Napoleon hotel from July 1-4, 2025. Want to say Thank you to entire team working at the hotel: reception, food service, cleaning, etc. The area of the hotel is not clean and safe."

"Great service. Room 416 had no WiFi service (but 414 had it), was told 416 is far from modem. Still a great hotel and good service. Good restaurants nearby. "

"Nice location with restaurants and small shopping close by. The room was small but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Check in and out was fast and easy. The aircon would only go down to 21C. I would have preferred a bit more control to drop the temp lower, but it was okay. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
