"Our experience was amazing from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out. The attention to detail is like no other. All amenities are provided and then some. 5 star treatment! Housekeeping and Butler service 24/7. We were treated like family, staff knowing and greeting us by name and warm smiles. We have travelled a lot and this hotel will be hard to top!!! "Hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location! I believe it is fairly new or recently renovated. So many restaurants and shops right outside the front door. Staff very friendly and helpful. "The hotel itself is well situated and the provide a complementary walking tour with Pedro, absolutely a must do. As a bonus the hotel restaurant was excellent and very convenient. "Our room was lovely with a beautiful view and we had an easy check-in. The only negatives were the hotel was described as having a roof top and showed pictures of it but it’s only for one specific guest room. We also were not able to enjoy the breakfast as it didn’t start until 8am (on a Monday) and we had to leave by 7:30 to catch a train. It’s at the top of a steep street so be aware of it. Certainly a nice place for the night."
