This is a lovely hotel, we had a great room with a balcony and city view. The breakfast was abundant and the front desk staff was friendly. The room was comfortable with a great bed and shower. I would highly recommend.

We stayed for one night before our flight to the US, which ended up getting cancelled. When we came back to Moon & Sun they did not have a room available but went to great lengths to find us a comparable room in a hotel very close by.

Very nice hotel! Friendly staff who went above and beyond. Only complaint was the window sounded like it was open so it was loud from outside music and noise but overall, it was a great place to stay. Would stay again

This is a very clean and well-managed hotel in a very convenient section of Baixa, close to transportation and many of local visiting sites. It was recently completely renovated and provides a fantastic breakfast with lots of pastries in a beautiful and cozy dining room. Most of all, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help. Special recognition for: Francisco, Joao and Roselda for making our trip to Lisbon very meaningful.

Staff were exceptional, especially front desk. I rate them very highly. Check in (& out) was so friendly, professional and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Hotel in excellent location, central to everything. Room with small balcony as seen in photos with view. I was located on 4th floor & unfortunately lift was not working on this floor so either had to go to 5th & walk downstairs or 3rd floor and walk up. However, staff delivered my luggage for me. Breakfast included was excellent. Freshly cooked hot breakfast of your choice if you wanted. Overall Moon & Sun Lisboa a great place to stay.

Likes - Location, location, location! Clean, friendly staff, good AC Dislikes - None; The elevator is tiny, so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to make a few trips. I travel light, so was not affected

Absolutely amazing hotel to stay at. The was a small hiccup at check-in due to a computer issue that necessitated us move rooms on our 3rd day. Management communicated with us right away and provided appropriate compensation in the end. Close to public transportation, close to many dining choices and shopping. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice and big. Really clean rooms. Thank you to João in particular
