We had a great stay at Brown’s Boutique Hotel! The location was perfect—super central and within easy walking distance of so many of the main sights, restaurants, and bars in Lisbon. The staff were also really friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made everything easy. The hotel itself was cute, comfortable, and a great home base for exploring the city. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere central to stay in Lisbon!

Location was perfect; staff were super friendly and helpful with anything. Asked for a couple of extra pillows and was dropped off immediately. 24 hr desk staff was convenient as we arrived just before midnight so no having to go to a separate location or calling someone to check in. Complimentary wine and bottled water for the duration of your stay is a nice bonus. Thank you to Jessica and the rest of the staff for making our stay welcoming.

This was our second visit to the hotel, it’s very central for all the attractions of Lisbon and we would certainly recommend it. We booked a standard room but found it very small so we were fortunate enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a superior room which was perfect for our overnight stay.

I stayed at Brown's Boutique Hotel during my first trip to Lisbon, and I'm so happy I did. I loved the vibe and charm of the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as I arrived. My room had a washer in it, which was super helpful. The location was walking distance to many of Lisbon's top attractions, restaurants, and shops. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon!

Everything about this hotel was excellent The staff, the hotel itself, the location and the breakfast in its sister hotel, just along the street. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much from the reception to the evening bar staff. They also arranged taxi transfers which worked for us as we were landing Saturday evening so didn’t have to faff about finding a cab at the airport The hotel decor is beautiful and it’s in an old building with lovely features. We had a wonderful view of the castle The breakfast was delicious and so much much variety, well worth the money. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough I will definitely return to this hotel, even though there were lots of guests it was extremely quiet

It is a boutique hotel so none of the big hotel crowd. Very personal and extremely close to everything. There are restaurants and bars right outside the doors, along with their own restaurant and bar in the hotel. Staff recommended restaurants that were top notched and not over priced. The rooms were cleaned daily Towels were changed daily - (no face clothes though which is pretty much standard in Europe) There was a washer / dryer combo inside the room in the event you needed to use it.
