The rooms are small but it’s an absolutely great hotel. The best in a longtime. Alfonso at the front desk Pedro the logistics guy turned manager Raphael the bartender and his assistant who speaks great English and made two innovative cocktails. The bar and dining area is great really great. It’s super close to transit. Avoid eating at Paul the bakery and all the tourist dives on the streets. This is a great hotel with a great would.

The location of the hotel was very good. It was very close to the shopping area, cafes and restaurants; In fact, it was inside. It was also very close to the square. Since we went in December, the whole city was brightly lit. The entrance of the hotel and the bar at the entrance were incredibly beautiful. We loved it here. The rooms were decorated very nicely, but unfortunately they were a little small. The breakfast was very nice. The employees were very attentive. Thank you.

Room was clean and staff was helpful. Unfortuantely, the door and walls are not well insulated, so you can hear quite some noise from especially the hallway. Mattresses were on the hard side, so that may be something to keep in mind. Washing machine and fridge were useful.

Unique property with cute decor. We were upgraded at check in to a larger room! The location is perfect, close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay with fantastic service! Our room was comfortable and clean. Great housekeeping everyday. We also had breakfast in our rate and enjoyed the variety of food every morning. At times it could be noisy outside but we still slept well every day. Convenient location steps from the metro and major landmarks.

Very nice property in the heart of the city, walking distance to many places to eat and shop. Safe and quiet though in the busy area. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable bedding and rooms. Only thing I would advise is NOT to book their airport shuttle It’s very pricy. It’s Cheap and fast to take uber to the place form airport or train station.

Had a wonderful stay. Although the rooms are small, the location is perfect. The staff were great and the bar and restaurant were a very convenient thing to have. Also a nice note is that taxis can pull up right to the hotel so it’s very convenient. We will definitely be back!

The location is great and on a flatter part of the city. The staff was excellent. We had flight changes that made time limited and the staff was excellent especially Jusan who got our breakfast orders quickly to help manage our departure. Highly recommend.
