"This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Location, amenities, service, etc etc. All 10 out of 10. Everything was included in our room fee - spa access, room mini bar, even the extensive snd delicious breakfast. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and worry free, down to the smallest details. Special thanks to Joanna, who was kind, understanding and extremely helpful with a passport issue we were having. In Lisbon we would never think of staying...

"Would highly recommend LIOZ, we stayed here prior to getting on a cruise ship and the location is outstanding. It is also close to many restaurants or to catch any public transit (even the iconic E28 trolly).
