Our stay at Pestana Rua Augusta was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless—warm hospitality, effortless check-in, and a level of attentiveness that immediately set the tone for the entire experience.
The location is unbeatable. Being right in the heart of Baixa meant we could step outside and instantly be immersed in Lisbon’s energy—whether it was morning coffee, shopping, or evening strolls along the river. Yet somehow, the hotel still felt like a quiet retreat when we returned.
The room itself was beautifully designed—modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt intentional, from the bedding to the lighting to the overall layout. It was the kind of space that made you actually look forward to coming back and unwinding after a full day exploring the city.
What truly stood out, though, was the service. The staff went above and beyond at every turn—friendly, genuine, and always ready with recommendations or help without ever feeling overbearing. That balance is rare, and they nailed it.
