Great staff, very helpful. This property is exactly where you want to be om the Alfama. Great value. Great hotel, everything brand new. They are building a breakfast/bakery on site.

Nossa estadia no Once Upon Lisboa foi incrível. Deixo muitos elogios a toda staff do hotel. Chegamos um pouco antes do nosso check-in e o recepcionista Pedro já liberou o nosso quarto. A estrutura é nova e de ótima localização. Eu e minha noiva não vemos a hora de voltar a Lisboa para ficarmos no Once novamente.
