"Ottima camera pulita e spaziosa, buono il letto e pulito il bagno, dimensioni corrette. Il periodo non è il migliore, inizio marzo, per valutare Chioggia. Unico neo è il termosifone del bagno, sempre poco caldo, e la mattina alle 08.00 era spento. Stavamo partendo quindi non segnalato. Ottimo il sevizio di connessione via WhatsApp, sempre risposte rapide. Il condizionatore non riesce a scaldare l'intera camera"

"The apartment was clean, the check-in process was easy, and the place was easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and considering the price, everything was really good and met our expectations. The only small downside was the check-in time. "The hotel is new and clean. Located conveniently - easy access from Venice airport via taxi. Located on outskirts of Venice, but waterboats stop (vaporetto) is few minutes away on Route 2 - very easy to travel to main Venice attractions via the canal. Breakfast is very good. Also, if one wants to walk, it's about 20min walk to main Venice attractions - easy route"

Carnival Palace Hotel

"We had a wonderful stay at Carnival Palace. We stayed for 9 nights in the red suite. The staff was extremely helpful in prepping for our stay and we felt right at home. While there they assisted with arranging excursions and promptly attended to all our requests from extra pillows, coffee, etc. In the morning we had a delightful breakfast and the staff did not dissapoint. Always greeted with a smile and made to feel special. The bartenders at The Mask lounge were also great. Even helped us create our own twist on a drink. For me it was all the little details. Champagne in our room when we arrived, umbrellas provided for us when it rained, and the great communication from the time we booked the reservation. I loved the modern amenities but still felt like I was in Venice. The a/c worked great, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was supurb. They even provided a hairdryer. If I make it to Venice again I would definitely stay again."

"The cleaning staff were great, the room seemed quite clean. Breakfast staff were overly busy and somewhat rude at times but for the most part fine. The receptionist Max was knowledgeable. The breakfast was fine and plentiful to get you started on your day. The room A/C didn’t work, nor the bathroom air vent. The hair dryer was functional but quite melted from previous guests. These items combined illustrate how much the staff/management/owner care about their guests. For a three star hotel with no amenities other than location, it is highly overpriced, so I would hope they would put some profit back in the property. We stayed two nights in June so we opened the windows for cool air and ventilation when showering instead of trying to change rooms. Expedia should revisit their establishments and do a better job of vetting for its customers."
