"TV did not work and after 3 requests nothing has changed. Not very clean and hallways have good or other odor."

"The power went out when I arrived, however the desk gal took me and others to our rooms! Everyone was very friendly. The facility was clean and all amenities were appreciated. Breakfast was simple with not much variety. Overall I would certainly stay there again."

"Very disappointing experience. The hotel did not provide drinking water at all — there was no water station available anywhere on the property. When I asked the reception staff about drinking water, I was told to use the bathroom sink water, which felt extremely unhygienic and inappropriate for guests. Additionally, during breakfast, the milk and water provided for tea and coffee were extremely cold, making the beverages unpleasant. Basic hospitality expectations like safe drinking water and...
