Bad experience:
Hotel room was not clean, looked like the staff swiffered the floor in the center but not under or around furniture or against walls. Divider in room was caked with dust.
Right next to train tracks, that were very loud at night. Elevator was out of order for 2 days. Phone in room did not work.
Breakfast was 6-9 AM, and there was no food left at 8:20 am other then dry cereal, waffle batter, (1 waffle maker and 10 plus people waiting to use) and 1 bagel.
(Muffins, yogurt, granola bars, sausage, eggs, cream cheese, and oatmeal packets- spots where they were all supposed to be placed was empty) Asked front desk and they said the employee was restocking.... 25 minutes later still nothing brought out. Reapproached staff, and she brought out maybe 20 eggs and 20 sausage links. Felt like they had a quota and only stocked so much a day. This was a friday morning btw.
In 3 day stay, no maid service made the bed, emptied trash, or brought new towels. Had to ask for towels, trash bags, etc. Made it difficult with no room phone to call the desk.
After 3 pm each day, we finally put do not disturb and brought trash to maid cart.
They made a comment that they were under staffed, and i really understand that feeling. But overall was a bad experience, and would not recommend.
