I think i had to higher expectations. Housekeepers kept a clean room forsure. I think i was expecting more out of this hotel. No hot tub. Small swimming pool was unexpected. Just looked like a renovated la quinta inn or best western..still had a decent stay.

Bad experience: Hotel room was not clean, looked like the staff swiffered the floor in the center but not under or around furniture or against walls. Divider in room was caked with dust. Right next to train tracks, that were very loud at night. Elevator was out of order for 2 days. Phone in room did not work. Breakfast was 6-9 AM, and there was no food left at 8:20 am other then dry cereal, waffle batter, (1 waffle maker and 10 plus people waiting to use) and 1 bagel. (Muffins, yogurt, granola bars, sausage, eggs, cream cheese, and oatmeal packets- spots where they were all supposed to be placed was empty) Asked front desk and they said the employee was restocking.... 25 minutes later still nothing brought out. Reapproached staff, and she brought out maybe 20 eggs and 20 sausage links. Felt like they had a quota and only stocked so much a day. This was a friday morning btw. In 3 day stay, no maid service made the bed, emptied trash, or brought new towels. Had to ask for towels, trash bags, etc. Made it difficult with no room phone to call the desk. After 3 pm each day, we finally put do not disturb and brought trash to maid cart. They made a comment that they were under staffed, and i really understand that feeling. But overall was a bad experience, and would not recommend.

I would never be coming back here again. The elevators are broke. They did not have our room ready an hour and half AFTER check in time. When we did get to our room a staff member walked into our room without even knocking. There was a smoke detector that was beeping all night in the hallway that I asked them to fix but they didn't. We had a room next to the stairs and all you heard was the stair door slamming and voices in the stairwell through my room wall. The place could be so much better if they had better staff that fixed the things broken. Thankfully, I am local because I went home to sleep because of the noise and came back to pick up my family who stayed to swim the next day. Sad that you have to leave to sleep after paying for a room.

Hotel and room were very nice and clean, breakfast was good. Staff was awesome. Only a few minor complaints... had to call the front desk twice due to other guests being loud and the young lady I spoke too handled the noise complaints. Also the pool is definitely not heated and the floor around the pool is EXTREMELY slippery, poor choice in flooring for that area! Definitely would stay there again!
