I didn’t like anything! This was a terrible stay, and I will never be back. No blankets, we were given a fitted sheet. The price was outrageous for the night. Kids were up screaming at 4am.

Manager put us in a quiet zone. No issues with guests but cleaning staff were super loud cleaning room next to our room. Talking super loud around 1am. Banging around. Indoor pool was unheated and couldn't swim. Maintenance issues noted as well.

Ive stayed at a Double Tree before but their lobby area was actually incredible comparative to the one i stayed at in Ohio. The staff was super friendly, even the housekeepers! I mainly stay here for the cookies- the enviornment they offer on top of the cookies is a 10/10 for me!
