"This was perfect for a one night stay. At £78 per night I guess that’s a mid price range for pub accommodation. It was a lovely spacious, clean room. My only criticism would be that the whole accommodation area would benefit from from some redecoration as it looked a little tired."

"Booked as a last minute trip away - would definitely recommend and return. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly, hotel was clean and bed comfortable. Hotel within walking distance of the town centre, and also a great base for exploring North Yorkshire."
