"Our stay was great the only issue we had was that we needed to wait an additional thirty minutes for our room to be ready when we arrived on time, and the resort did not offer transportation back to the airport so we needed to purchase taxi services."

"Este resort no sirve para nada. Al llegar, el lobby te recube sin aire acondicionado! El cuart huele a humedo y el aire no enfria bien. La tapa del toilet estaba quebrada. El mini fridge no enfriaba nada. Estaban mas frias los refrescos afuera que adentro. Pero sobre todo esto, los dominicanos y todos los que trabajan ahi son unos groseros Mal encarados. No tienen ni un poquito de ser amables y sonreir. Se creen mucho. Yo de mi parte NO REGRESO NUNCA A REPUBLICA DOMINICANA!!"

"I’ve been to the Dominican between 15 and 20 times. I’ve stayed at multiple resorts. And this was unfortunately the worse. I rarely will write a review good or bad, but this one stood out for so many reasons. The adults only is very difficult to distinguish between the family and the adults on the property. The majority of the restaurants are still on the family property. The staff very lackadaisical. On their phones, not looking at you, shooing you off and pointing you to who you need to talk...
