"My hotel room smelled like an ashtray. The man at the front desk did not seem to care when I walked all the way back down and he was not very helpful. He told me “the best I can do is change you to another room, but I can’t guarantee that room will not also smell like cigarettes too.” Poor service and no proactive solutions or basic problem solving. He did not represent Peppermill Resort well. Sadly my asthma got really bad the first day because of this and I had to use my inhaler several times to be able to breathe.
Lisa in room service was AMaZING!!!! So friendly, caring, above and beyond, thoughtful, and certainly made the experience memorable even through our brief interaction.
Kiya (massage therapist) in the spa was great as well! I got a massage and relaxed in the spa the rest of the day and that was great!"
