My only complaint, as non NZ travelers I was surprised that the 2 BR apt had only one split HVAC in the lounge area and none in the BR’s. Only on checking out did we realized there was a switch in the one bedroom that turned on a fan. I think written instructions would be helpful to us not familiar with this system. "

"Room was exceptional, bed was super comfortable and cosy. Fridge/coffee/tea etc, great shower. Wonderful lakeside views. Great choice of breakast (paid extra), good choice. We also used restaurant with good bar/menu. Nice reception staff too, car parking convenient situated in basement. Would recommend, usual Ramada quality."
