"Not pet friendly. But pets are allowed. After several employees of the hotel warned me that “my dog was not allowed to leave the room during our stay”, I went to the reception to clarify. She confirmed that the employees were mistaken and that he could leave the room to relieve himself, but only if he was basically out of sight of any potential guests to come in contact with him. "The overall large grounds were well maintained-pools and beaches were amazing. However, there appeared to be a major plumbing issue with water sometimes not working & other times drainage/flushing not working properly. I traveled with a group of people with 4 different rooms in various buildings-all experiences these issues. Also no swim up pool bar or snacks served at adult only beach side. Food was mediocre at best
