Excellent house, everything is there for our short stay. Perfect and very close to the Airport. The apartment is very clean with instructions on how to operate few things at the apartment. Communication was very prompt and very professional. Very great experience overall Please add direction on how to locate the one bedroom apartment because the flat number is not where it can easily be found. Regular top up of shower gel /hair conditioner for people that may need it. Local grocery is a distance away.

Don’t try to save money, if you can stay at a resort or at Four Points hotel in the same neighborhood. The area is a gated community, beautiful inside but annoying to show a picture of a bar code everything to enter and exit the community. The surrounding very safe and beautiful with shops and restaurants even a wendy close by. The inside of the apartment was very spacious but everything was not well maintained shower head, toilet seats, paper holder, broken. The kitchen fan is on forever, impossible to turn it off and the sound was annoying at night time. Few towels and stained. Sofa is white but stained. Coffee table has a huge crack, all dusty and abandoned. For the money payed I was expecting a pristine condition. The pool is cold not temperated and nobody use it because of that. Washer and deyer had rice and black hair inside discussing that I really wanted to leave the first day. When I communicated the guy about the first issue which was the bathroom seat he says Im sorry the cleaning company didn’t notify me but never sent someone to fix it, then he claim if you would tell me earlier I will send someone to fix the shower head. But I was telling him that second or third day and still he didn’t send no one. The apartment has potential but it is not maintained at all. Next time if ever come back we will stay at a resort at La Romana where beaches are way more beautiful than Punta Cana and locals don’t try to scam you with their prices.
