"Pool is amazing! Very long and lots of space. Beach was full of seaweed, almost no one even went in the water. Room was clean staff were nice and helpful. AC was weak, didn't go below 21.5C. Buffet food was good. Other restaurants weren't worth the wait - waiting for a table and then waiting an hour sometimes for the food. They do have pizzas, burgers and fries at the pool and beach. So if you are going for 2-3 days, the buffet is great. Any longer you will probably get fed up. Children's activities was great. Drinks were good and abundant. Location is a little remote - half an hour to anything."

"El hotel estaba hermoso y muy bien cuidado. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, limpias y cómodas. Sin embargo, el restaurante italiano no fue de mi agrado. Tampoco me gustó que durante los días de semana no hubiera actividades ni música en el hotel, ya que la mayoría del entretenimiento se realiza únicamente los fines de semana. Considero que ofrecer más opciones de entretenimiento durante toda la semana mejoraría la experiencia de los huéspedes. Es una opinión honesta: el hotel tiene excelentes instalaciones, pero podría mejorar la oferta de actividades entre semana."

"Our stay at the Serenade was absolutely amazing. We stayed in the Adults Only Suite and it provided us with all of the privacy and romance we could ask for. The resort was very clean and modern. Room was extremely spacious and amenities were great! Our room package included a private butler, to help with dinner reservations, entertainment, and literally anything you need to make your stay more exciting and comfortable. We also had elite member benefits that included free bottle service and a private balcony with jacuzzi. I had 1 complaint it would probably be the buffet food which is being extremely picky. But the don't have good concepts of American food. Culturally they make very food, and all the dine out spots were amazing. A special Thanks to Christian (our butler), Jesus (bartender main lobby). And Eduardo (poolside bartender) whom were amazing gracious in their service to us."
