The resort is absolutely beautiful, with spotless grounds, luxurious rooms, and breathtaking views everywhere you look. The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of restaurants with delicious meals and top-quality drinks. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience. The pools were immaculate, and there was never a shortage of comfortable loungers or attentive poolside service. What truly sets Excellence apart is the incredible staff. Every employee went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our entire stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing, adults-only getaway with luxury accommodations, amazing food, and world-class service, Excellence Cancun is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!"

"The staff was great at the front desk and thought the entire property. The grounds seem to be maintained well and we always saw someone cleaning the hallways and public bathrooms. The pools were nice and people are friendly. The buffet was excellent every time we went. The only thing I didn't love was the beach, it may have been the winds during that time of year, but the water was not clear or pleasant. (we were there in May) Other than not enjoying the beach the property and our room was very nice."

"We had a wonderful stay! The resort is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport. While it’s smaller than some all-inclusive resorts, it has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. A special thank you to Hector, the manager of Bordeaux, and our server Arturo. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary during our stay, and they truly went above and beyond to make the day unforgettable. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel incredibly special. The only thing I’d recommend is planning your trip during a lower seaweed season if spending time in the ocean is a priority. Because of the beach’s location, it tends to collect a lot of seaweed, which made swimming difficult. The staff worked hard to clean it every day, but that’s simply nature and beyond anyone’s control. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a friendly, relaxing getaway!"
