"The service was exceptional. We upgraded to Club level upon arrival (for a hefty fee, of course). We felt it was worth the cost for the upgrades: access to Club level heated pools, additional restaurant and bars that offer elevated food and cocktail options. The Club area on the beach had plenty of shaded cabanas. This is a quiet resort, which is perfect if you just want to relax. For those seeking a lot of activity and entertainment, it may not be a perfect fit. "
