"Our stay was a perfect relaxing getaway. The only two negatives - the shows were kind of boring, just people singing in the lobby. We stayed previously and they had great shows with dancing and very entertaining. And the buffet food was mediocre"

"I had a great stay at this resort. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"It was fun to stay at the pool, the drinks were very good, the food was good but could improve more. The beach was very dirty has a lot of sargassum sadly so beach not available. Overall it was great to travel with family. Kids had fun with the water slides but we really wanted enjoy the beach. 😕 I think if the price is right, we would come back."

"After several visits to Cancun, Rivera Maya and Tulum, I feel very confident in stating that this is the best resort I have stayed in. The service, the food, the ambiance, location,etc etc. shout out to all of the general managers that make sure everything was okay, David making sure we were taking care of, chefs making sure there was something for me to eat due to dietary restrictions (vegan)The amazing pool side waiters, their stories. Trust me not being able to go to the beach due to the sargazo was no issue. If I could give more than a five star I would!!!!! Thank you all for your amazing service. Definitely will come back!!!!!"

"This is such a beautiful hotel! Clean and most of the staff was super sweet and helpful. Besides one of the older men in the front he was a bit rude. The biggest down fall was the food and drinks 😞I wanted authentic Mexican food and it was more than American no flavor and the drinks had a plastic taste to them. Besides that everything was very well kept."
