Staff is really helpful. The only set back is during night time its dark alley but its not the hotel fault. I would recommend this hotel.

Very convenient. Staff very friendly. Room is very clean. I had a comfortable stay. Walk out and its the train station. Love it.

Beautiful and unique swimming pool and clean comfortable rooms! Will definitely be back again 😍🙏

I booked 3 nights 2 twin rooms at Hotel Tranz with my mother and sisters, we're satisfied during our stay. Really near the train station, this would be a great choice for tourists who love to use the trains to move around in the city center. My rooms was on the 5th floor number 504 & 505. The rooms was neat and tidy, great location and friendly staff here. Definitely would stay here again next time.

They upgraded us to a Family Suite and were very prompt with delivering things from housekeeping.

Loved staying here, such a nice location, friendly staff and clean rooms.
