Even after a year i stayed at this hotel, i feel compelled to write this review. I stayed here in Dec 4, 2018 for a business meeting nearby. Everybody was nice except one. This is intended to the taller middle age rep who works the night shift. After checking in around 8PM, i went out to the smoking area across from the entrance. As i was walking, I was taking stuff out of my pocket, within moments i realize i dropped a small change of 20 Baht which was i was going to give if one of them hailed a taxi for me. I turned around to look but as soon i was turned , the rep grabbed it from the ground and turn around really fast to avoid me noticing him. I did not make a fuse about it because it was too pity. Throughout the next 2 nights staying, i saw him very often since i smoke so I go in and out often from room. Not once did he greet me. I notice he only caters to caucasians and ignores all asians hustling for that tip. I understand english and thai but he did not know that so I understood all the foolish conversations he was having. Tip the bellmen since they do all the work. For a 5 star hotel to have a staff with this type of behavior is unacceptable. Calling this place a 5 stars is an overstatement. The lobby looked newer than my room. Location is horrible. There is a BTS station but no food, shopping or entertainment within walking distinance. Getting a taxi is difficult since traffic jams up right in front during rush hour so you end up paying extra just sit in traffic.
