Kristian, front desk/guest service, he was PERFECT at checkin on Friday. We had a crazy rental car experience. Kristian made sure to make that happen. We chatted about life amongst other things! He was so very and overly accommodating to try make up for late arrival. So very nice!! Thank you, Edward & Kristian, you’re the best!!!!"
