"The staff was absolutely awesome! The hotel is very well located to the train station - five minute walk across the bridge. Room had plenty of towels, the area was surprisingly quiet, and the bed was firm but comfortable. Breakfast was a very nice spread with many choices. I also took the offered trip to Murano and the glass gallery they take you to is outstanding! All in all, a great hotel with just phenomenal staff!"
"Carlton on the Grand Canal, has a very friendly team, specially Tudor on the Front desk, who was extremely patient and helpful with his recommendations and options for the area/transport. Rooms are clean, spacious and bright. Convenient location, across from the Main station and vaperetto stop. Roof top restaurant is amazing !! Express Bus available for Marco Polo International Airport, within 5 minutes walk. We were very happy."
