"Lovely hotel. Convenient location across the canal from train station. We had a corner room on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the canal. Great breakfast and wonderful outdoor seating to have a drink or breakfast. We used the transport to the airport. On time and efficient. Highly recommend "

"Great room with a very spacious bathroom. The furnishings are modern as well. The location was conveniently close to the train station as well. The only minor issue we had was we couldn't turn off the ac fan. But we should have called down to see what can be done about that."

"We loved it all, clean, safe and very central. Eve accomodated another night. It was a little tricky to find but when we eventually found the green door a beautiful interior opened up to a wonderful surprise. Would definitely recommend this lovely place "

"Lots of construction nearby, and somewhat difficult to find. Helpful host, but coffee machine uses pods that cannot be found nearby, stove took hours to figure out. Not the best experience. Will not use this host again."

"The location in the canal is lovely! This is a great location! The staff is friendly & helpful. Beds are comfortable & room was quiet. I would recommend Hotel Canal Grande & would stay again."

"It was perfect for a mom traveling alone with 3 young daughters. It was a close walk from the train, had a very close vaperetto stop, but was quiet and safe and calm, not near any crowds. The staff were so kind and accommodating. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Al Ponte Mocenigo and would definitely recommend it. It’s in a quiet part of Venice but conveniently located close to the San Stae water bus station. It’s was an easy 15 min walk from the train station. Breakfast was quite elaborate and we really liked sitting in their beautiful garden area. Sandro was really good with helping us figure out the way to go to Murano and Burano and other islands. "
