"Definitely worth the price .Room is spacious and lobby visuals are even better than the Diamond Hotel. Staff are very kind helpful and prompt with your requests The building is pelted with restaurants - Tim Horton etc. If you want Jollibee Mcdo or Subway or Mercury Drugs, you just walk for 5-7 minutes along very safe streets and you are there . SM City Manila is also just half a mile away. .. very walkable. So you donot have to go to Manila Hotel or other 5-star hotels to get the same treatment. If you have any doubt abt the hotel Get it off your mind because you will be fine"

"Hotel people all very kind and helpful aircon in the room is very strong . Mall which has got everything you need is just next door. ——— Issue is the noise outside but It is to be expected given the location And u won’t hear it once you are inside ——— Also you enter into an aircon-less floor then use an aircon-less elevator to get to the aircon-less check in area . This is the hotel trying to cut cost so you can pay less . ——— Don’t expect too much from the buffet . Better spend your extra $8 by going to the adjoining mall or street vendors. Overall , I think it was a great experience . My spoiled brat of a son didn’t even complain! Thanks to the staff for their warmth and kindness."
