"All of the staff are fantastic, very calm, friendly and professional. They have a great balance of being at your service when needed as well as giving you space to enjoy and explore on your own. While the space was smaller and older than expected from the photos, it was clean, quaint and a great venue to relax and recharge in. The excellence of the hosting staff/concierges and cleaning women cannot be stressed enough, great folks who do their jobs well. The location is also a huge advantage. You're in walking distance from everything you could possibly need, including the lovely beaches of the Caribbean Sea. All that to say, I'll definitely be coming back to both Playa del Carmen and La Pasion."

"The bed was huge & the air conditioning was good. However, I realised my sheets hadn't been changed from the previous people! There was hair, pubes, & crumbs in the sheets, & the pillows smelled like a man and a woman's different perfumes. I was too tired at night to complain, so I just slept in the sheets anyway. I tried to have a daytime nap but there was some kind of construction work in the building during the day, very loud jackhammering. I also wasn't aware there was a pool or kitchenette or anything until a few weeks after I was there. The staff could have been more descriptive when checking in or talking about amenities"
