"Loved this cute hotel in a very old building right by a huge square. While the room was tiny it was very well laid out! The staff were wonderful and very helpful. So easy to walk everywhere from here - and 2 min walk to the best churros and chocolate great way to start the day! To our surprise, the pope was in town and drove down the street next to us waving from the pope mobile. Not something I intended to witness, but did! Also felt like the safest city ever - police were everywhere."

"Very good location near the stations of Sol and Opera. Gran Via and Callao are also walking distance depending on your appetite for walking. The main museums are very close within 10-15 min walking distance and there are lots of good places to eat around there with a lot of variety and various cuisines and types. "This is a very small hotel in the central part of Madrid. Although it is very small, the bathroom was very well kept and user friendly. The staff was nice and helpful in all the areas. By the way, I would like to extend particular thanks and appreciation to Ruben at the front desk who helped us with enthusiasm and had been really helpful. There are a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. A point to keep in mind: taxis and other motor vehicles can enter the area only before 11 a.m."

"This was an amazing hotel! The staff goes above & beyond to accommodate you. I asked for a fan as I am used to sleeping with one at home. They brought me one. It worked great. The next morning they called to let me know they have a ‘newer’ fan available. They brought me champagne & candy for my birthday. Highly recommend. The only thing I wished they had were better pillows but otherwise loved & would stay again!"

"Great location, a bit challenging for arriving in a vehicle. You park on the curb , call them and they come get your car and park it. Found this out once we arrived and couldn’t find parking. Hotel was quiet and secure. Room was spacious. Very central location."
