"ベッドも広くて部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。立地がよくオペラとソル駅徒歩5分、徒歩5〜15分圏内にマドリードの観光スポットがいくつもあるので時間に追われることなくホテルを中心に行動ができました。ホテルのスタッフさんで日本語が少し話せる方がいて、彼はいつも素敵な笑顔と対応でした！水が無料ではなかったですが近くのスーパーで買ったので私達には大きな問題ではなかったです。"

"We enjoyed the 4 nights we were in this hotel. It was very clean, room service did an outstanding job every time. People checking us in were very friendly and would politely greet us every time we went into the hotel. It’s ideal location since its on Gran Via, I was skeptical about the noise at night but that was never an issue. One thing I didn’t care for was breakfast it was just ok so we only had breakfast once in the hotel. Once you step outside of the hotel there’s countless coffee shops...

"This hotel is in a great neighborhood close to a lot of attractions and great restaurants. I would suggest requesting an upper floor as those rooms have been renovated and are beautiful. The breakfast was amazing with so many options from healthy to decadent. At night the breakfast area turns into a lounge with super friendly staff and great drinks. "
