Trato amable al recibirte, se ofrecen a atenderte via telefonica en cualquier cosa que necesites durante tu estancia, cuenta con agua caliente, wifi, un pequeƱo refrigerador, lo indispensable si no buscas lujos pero si un lugar bien para quedarte, fue muy seguro a la hora de que iban a hacer la limpieza y nada se me perdio :)

People stay away! This is not a hotel or even hostel much less it is a 3 star! I can not even imagine how hotel.com lists this place as a 3 star hotel, they loose credibility when they do staff like that. This is a small room in an old building, there is no reception, you have to email or call and wait for them to show up to give you the key. The room is next to other little apartments where locals live, so you can expect people sitting outside listening to Mexican radio at 7 am! The neighborhood looked a little scary and did not feel very safe but I might be wrong. There is no a/c, no garden, I really have no idea how other people said it was a great stay. It is just bad. The only good thing was they let us stay till 3 pm on the day we were leaving.

Room is spacious and clean. Wifi is stable. Street parking outside the apartment unit is available. Coffee pot is available but not coffee. The place has several small rooms on 2 floors. The host only has 2 units there, the rests are not his. Only fans in the room, so expect to feel sticky and warm even it is raining outside. TV not working during our stay. Limited hot water shower. There is no clear signage and we have difficulty finding this place. It will be easier if a photo from the main gate is posted on the web. The host apologise for not showing up during the our agreed time and we had to wait for him outside as there is no reception desk. We do had a hard time contacting him.

Perfecta relaciĆ³n costo-beneficio

La amabilidad de los propietarios perfecta. El hotel estƔ a unas 5 cuadras de la playa y a una cuadra de una tienda de autoservicio. DejƩ el coche estacionado fuera del hotel sin problema. Las instalaciones limpias y suficientes para el viajero que utiliza el hotel para baƱarse, dormir y tomar el desayuno. Cuenta con dos ventiladores, frigo, accesorios como aromatizante, insecticida, fibra para lavar trastes, etc... Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Necesitaba un lugar para dormir y dejar mis cosas el tiempo de cescubrir y conocer los alrederores. Aqui me senti al gusto, tranquilo, pero sin aire acondicionado hace mucho calor a dentro y sudĆ© mucho durante las noches. Ha sido un buen lugar antes de conseguir un hotel mas intersante para el resto de mi estancia en playa del carmen. Di una vuelta para encontrar un hotel mas practico para pasar un mes mas en playa del carmen y encontrĆ© el hotel steffen's casa blanca. El dueƱo aleman me hizo tambien un precio de 300 pesos por dia pero por un mes minimo, pero las habitationes son mas grande, hay aire acondicionado y el hotel es bastante nuevo. Aqui en el melissa 2, paguĆ© 340 pesos por noche para las 2 primeras noches, despues paguĆ© 300 pesos por noche para 3 noches aditionales, asi no tenia prisa para encontrar un mejor hotel con aire acondicionado incluydo al mismo precio de 300 pesos por noche maximo para todo el mes de octubre. VisitĆ© varios hotels bonitos, pero los precios variaban entre 11.000 y 15.000 pesos por mes. En el steffen's casa blanca, el dueƱo aceptĆ³ un precio de 11.000 pesos por 37 noches mas y las habitaciones son muy comodas. Seguramente hay mucho mejor oportunidad aqui en playa del carmen para ese precio, pero, me conviene ese otro hotel y el precio es en mi presupuesto, entonces no voy a pasar toda mi estancia aqui a buscar otro hotel mejor y mas barato para ganar 2 o 3 miles de pesos, puedo empezar a aprovechar de mis vacaciones aqui en playa del carmen.

Lovely little room in local neighbourhood

Lovely room, spotlessly clean with really comfy beds and soft sheets. Was very impressed with the amenities (especially for the price) - there was a fridge, small table and coffee maker and a couple of plates/mugs/utensils which was great for making your own breakfast (there are also two huge supermarkets within 5 minutes walk). Enjoyed the really fast wifi and cable tv as well. Just a comment, this is not really a hotel but more a room in some apartments in a local neighbourhood - the neighbours were really friendly though and the check in was quick and easy so don't let this put you off!

Far away from Cozumel terminal

Hotel was far away Cozumel terminal. Room was clean and nice but neighborhood was quite dirty. Wifi was great. No water was available during the night. Flushing of toilet didn't worked well. Ok place for one night if you don't mind to walk longer way to centre.
